Updating Your CRM Scripts

 

Step 7a → Customizing General CRM Settings

Click on the Settings Tab > CRM = General Tab. Here, you can adjust whether the customer CRM and/or provider CRM assigns automatically, or to the booker, dispatcher, or department manager.


Step 7b → Editing the Provider Service Scripts

Click on the Settings Tab > CRM = Provider Service Scripts Tab. Here, you can edit the manually assigned job scripts, provider confirmation scripts, and rating scripts. If you edit the scripts, click “Save” at the bottom right.


Step 7c → Editing the Customer Service Scripts

Click on the Settings Tab > CRM = Customer Service Scripts Tab. Here, you can edit the QA Call Script, 10-Day Call Script, 48 Hour Call Script, and other Customer Service scripts. If you edit the scripts, click “Save” at the bottom right.


Step 7d → Editing the Hauler Service Scripts

Click the Settings Tab > CRM = Hauler Service Scripts Tab. Here, you can edit the Hauler Service scripts, including the Manually Assign Job Scripts, Provider Confirmation scripts, Pick Up and Delivery Confirmation Scripts, and Rating Scripts. If you edit the scripts, click “Save” at the bottom right.


Step 7e → Creating and Editing the Customer Survey Questions

Click the Settings Tab > CRM = Survey Questions Tab. Here, you can add or edit your customer survey questions. To add a new survey, click the “Add” button.
